We’ll still Ride for Children in need
Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson has made the heartbreaking announcement that the 2021 Thunder in the Rockies bike rally has been canceled for this year. This decision was based on many factors, including potential restrictions and entertainer concerns related to the most recent spike in Covid-19 cases, as well as lack of support due to supply chain issues and labor/inventory shortages for vendors, sponsors, and business partners.
The Forever Family Ride will still happen on Labor Day – September 6!
The Forever Family Ride is dedicated to helping children in ‘out of home placement’ who have been abused, neglected, or are at-risk. We invite the community to come together and ride as a way to help them find their ‘Forever Family”!
Our Ride morning will still start at Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson. There will be hot coffee and breakfast burritos from Santiagos. Riders will gather for check-in and announcements before leaving as a group on a scenic drive up to Sunrise Ranch, nestled in the northern Colorado foothills.
Registration includes lunch provided by Sunrise Ranch. The lunch stop there will include live music from The Robert Wilson Blues Band, prize drawings, live auctions, and the first-ever round of Skydiver-Biker Relay Rodeo games!
Register to Ride Today!
In order to maintain best safety practices and to prepare our volunteers for the event, we are asking that all interested participants PRE-REGISTER. The first 200 registered Riders and VIP Riders will receive a free Forever Family Ride T-Shirt.
We hope you’ll join us for an unforgettable day of riding and camaraderie because every child deserves to know the love of a Forever Family!
