
Craig Secher, President and Founder
Craig graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Human Services. He then worked in the child protection field in Larimer County, including work as a Child Protection Ongoing Case Manager with the Larimer County Department of Human Services. As President of Realities For Children, Craig is responsible for Affiliate Youth Agency partnerships, sponsorship distributions and emergency fund allocations.

Shelley Carroll, Membership Director
Shelley graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. in Business Marketing and a B.A. in Communications. She has worked in marketing and promotions in Northern Colorado for 14 years. As the Promotions Director in her previous job in media, she assisted in gaining community awareness for Realities For Children events and Business Members for a dozen years. Shelley works to educate local businesses about our organization, enroll new members and market them as business leaders in the community who support Realities For Children.

Mehgan Castor, Community Outreach Coordinator
Mehgan graduated from Westmont College with a B.A. in Communication Studies and Biblical Studies. She served as a Realities For Children Ambassador and volunteer before joining the team as the Community Outreach Coordinator. Mehgan has a strong background in community connectedness as she has worked in the non-profit sector, church community, and health industry. As the Community Outreach Coordinator, Mehgan hopes to facilitate relationships between all types of organizations to better serve and resource the children in our community that Realities for Children serves. You can also see her singing with the Blues Dogs at Realities for Children fundraising events.

Jill Foster, Marketing Director
Jill graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and a minor in English. She served as a Realities For Children Ambassador and former RFC Business Member before coming on board as our Director of Marketing. Jill brings a strong professional background in business development, marketing, and client relations to her role. She is responsible for fulfilling the marketing benefits of our Business Members and managing the overall marketing strategy for Realities For Children.

Molly Secher, Member Relations Manager
Molly graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences and a minor in Early Child Development. She has worked with children for 25 years and has been involved with Realities For Children since 1996. In Membership Relations, she helps to facilitate the membership process, manages our monthly Networking Opportunities for our valued Business Members, manages the billing department and is a proud certified “Pet Therapy Team” with our in house Therapy dog, Remi.

Tanya Witt, Partner Agency & Youth Programs Manager
Tanya graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Social Work, followed by several years of continuing education in Early Childhood. She has worked in Early Childhood for over 20 years, and for the past eight years has been working in business management. She has been a supporter and part of the Realities For Children family since 1996.
As the Partner Agency and Youth Programs Manager, she manages all direct youth service programs and is the support liaison to our 39 youth agencies in Larimer County.

Carrie stadmueller, events director
Carrie graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelors of Music Education/Music Therapy and recently completed an MBA with a Certificate in Marketing Management from Colorado State University. She has worked in Events and Events Marketing in Northern Colorado for seven years.
Carrie’s role is contracted through My Big Day Marketing & Events, with the added benefit of a creative collective of Event Planners and Marketing Managers with over 100 years of combined experience. She, and her team, are responsible for planning and executing all of the Realities For Children’s Premier Events, Sponsorship acquisitions and communication, and event marketing.

Remi, Realities For Children Therapy Dog
Remi is part of the RFC Team and happily volunteers her time at Realities For Children to provide comfort to children who have been abused, neglected or are at-risk. Remi & Molly are a certified through Alliance of Therapy Dogs as a “Pet Therapy Team”. They attend our monthly Youth Activities and visit our Partner Agencies & Business Member upon requests.
